Dow Jones Newswires: Flewber Global cuts size of its planned IPO


Flewber Global on Monday said it was lowering the size of its planned initial public offering to 3.33 million shares from 3.75 million shares.

The expected price per share is expected to be between $4 and $5, the company said.

Flewber said it is a technology powered private air transportation company.

The company said it applied to list on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol FLAI.
